SOLUTION
This project involved Lucid’s new Dynamic Turntable Technology. For the first time this combined high-detail with full and fluid interactivity. Allowing users to instantly move, highlight and access info on a 3D model.
Lucid applied this technology to Wembley park – creating a responsive, photo-realistic 3D model of the entire Neighbourhood. Presenters could switch between day/evening modes and instantly highlight the benefits of the area to prospective tenants. Users could also select individual Quintain developments and begin a guided interior tour. Viewing galleries, resident videos, 360 degree interior tours and interior design options.
An interactive Apartment finder was also available with data linked to the Client CMS. Users could select a building and view its vertically stacked floorplates. Clicking on certain search criteria (no’ of bedrooms, sq ft, aspect, floor, price etc) would then highlight the apartments that matched the search in situ. Users could then move through the floors and select apartments to view in more detail. Accessing their individual floorplans and design info.
