Deliver a portable and interactive marketing tool to drive off-plan sales of 450 residential apartments at Gunnersbury Park, London.
About This Project
Lucid created an interactive residential sales presentation that built on creative work from DPP. This included an interactive area map that allowed users to search for local highlights and compare travel times by foot, bike and car. The design of the unique apartments was accentuated using a scrolling elongated CGI. Walls could be added and removed and additional info was tagged to key areas. Live availability data was linked to the App so agents could highlight relevant apartments to potential buyers. A brand video which captured this new concept of living was also incorporated, linking with presentation screens within the marketing suite.
