An interactive presentation to generate off-plan sales of 84 sophisticated residential apartments

SOLUTION

Working with Totality, Lucid created an Interactive sales App. This included an interactive location map and the integration of 360-degree photographic views from selected floors.

Interactive floorplans were linked with an online database and 3D physical model of the building. As apartments were searched for using the App, the available apartments would light up in front of potential buyers within the physical model. A brand film focusing on the unique waterfront lifestyle and exceptional connectivity was also integrated.
