SOLUTION
The App was initially designed to help the Client team present the large variety of retail units. The different dimensions, locations and access were proving difficult to understand from just 2D floorplans.
A new interactive 3D model allowed the user to search for units that matched criteria and then clearly highlight them in-situ. The App then evolved to include 3 x Commercial buildings. This resulted in users being able to clearly search for their requirements, view relevant units and then easily access further specification and gallery information.
This approach improved understanding, occupier confidence and conversion.
