An Interactive App to attract new leaseholders to a prime Oxford Street Commercial building.

SOLUTION

Lucid worked with SilkRoad to create an on-site Interactive App that highlighted the benefits of the unique 31,000+ sqft commercial space. The App included the ability to search for surrounding area highlights on an interactive map, access specifications, compare space plans and look at 5 x 360-degree CGIs of potential future financial and media company layouts.

When standing on pre-determined location markers within the building, the user could hold the tablet up and reveal the future office at the exact scale and position. This significantly increased understanding and interest.
