Interactive Presentation App to attract new investors to this impressive financial HQ commercial building

SOLUTION

Lucid worked closely with La Salle Investment Management to create an Interactive App containing an Area Context overview, 3D Scheme Options and Integrated Floor plans.  360-degree photos were combined with visualisations of the proposed building façade, roof terrace and expanded reception design. Users could also visit the site, hold the tablet up and view the future building at the correct scale and location. Clients quickly understood the options. 

La Salle were able to visualise the increase in the net lettable space a targeted extension would bring. Accurately mapping out the refurbishment of a tired 1991 building. Lucid assisted IVG Europe in achieving a sale price of £197.5m, which represented a 10% increase in capital value from the pre-marketing sales agent valuation of £180m.
