SOLUTION

Brook Grove consists of 23 3-5 bedroom luxury houses perched on the outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford town centre.

Lucid delivered an Interactive App to support the sales team. This included an interactive area map to present local highlights and green space, an interactive 3D digital model of the entire development that allowed users to view all available homes, and full details of each home when they were selected. An interactive sunpath scroll allowed users to view the impact of the sun and shadows over the course of a typical day.
