Super-prime Interior GPS tour to impress and inform future residents at the iconic Centre Point Building

Lucid worked with Almacantar on one of its most high profile schemes – the incredible transformation of Centre Point in the heart of London’s West End.

Some of the UK’s finest designers and artists have been responsible for the interiors and amenities. However at this level, potential future residents prefer a softer viewing experience. It was crucial that the technology could work alone – setting the scene of what it would be like to live in the building and delivering details in a seamless and responsive way which enhanced the human experience.

Working with DutchScot, Lucid designed and built a super-prime interior GPS tour, connecting the latest tablet, Bluetooth and iBeacon technology. Buyers would be offered a tablet on arrival. As they moved from room to room the tablet would recognize their position and generate gentle prompts to view specific details. Visitors could delve into over 300 pages of content, or simply search for something specific allowing them to tailor their information.
