A Virtual Public Consultation to present key info, gather responses and answer local resident questions on this Retirement Living Development in Berkhamsted
SOLUTION
Organizing physical events can be particularly challenging and expensive. Lucid worked with Elysian to create a 3D web based public consultation.
A 360 degree exhibition space was designed and the public were encouraged to visit online and interact with the room. The key elements of the project like maps, plans, images and video were presented and visitors could leave instant feedback.
A live chat function was available at agreed times. Responses were captured for reporting. Compared with a physical exhibition this is particularly easy to create and update cost effectively.
