SOLUTION
Eden House is an innovative and stylish collection of four mews houses and five apartments.
The development also had a number of unique green credentials. It’s entirely carbon neutral with a mixture of green walls and roofs, computerised internal Living walls, MVHR units for sustainable heating and an electric pool car available for residents.
Lucid designed and built both a website and interactive app to showcase both the premium design and these eco credentials, allowing users to click on them in-situ on a 3D representation of the Development. Users could also select individual homes to access further information. The interior design was showcased in an interactive photo galley.
The Eco story widened to encompass the local area too. Alongside information on the location of food & drink, schools, sports facilities etc users could also learn more about nearby conservation and ecological areas. Those with Green Flag, Green Heritage and nature reserve status.
