SOLUTION

Lab Tech has invested over £1.5 billion regenerating Hawley Wharf Camden. It is set to be one of the biggest development openings of recent years. It will comprise of more than 150 stores, two rooftop restaurants, 60 new eating and drinking hotspots, nearly 60,000 sqt ft of LABS co-working space and 170 serviced apartments by STAY.

Lucid combined a number of complimentary interactive solutions into a professional presentation App. These solutions included an interactive area map that highlighted the numerous surrounding benefits and a highly detailed digital 3D development model that users could spin around, zoom into and split into separate buildings, floors and uses.
This allowed users to fully interrogate the site and appreciate its impressive design and accessibility. Users could also select hotspots before travelling through the model to reveal the relevant CGIs.
