Interactive Sales Presentation to drive off-plan sales of this new collection of Georgian-style houses, villas and apartments
SOLUTION
Lucid delivered an Interactive App that could be used by the on-site sales team within the marketing pavilion. This included an interactive area map to present local highlights, multiple 360-degree CGIs that provided a detailed walkthrough of Phases 1-2 and an interactive 3D digital model of the entire development that allowed users to view all 3 phases and interrogate every street and house. A search function allowed users to highlight homes that matched their criteria before clicking on them to view CGIs, floorplans and dimensions.
This 3D model was also combined with high-level drone footage so viewers could enjoy the dramatic sense of flying over the future site before journeying into Bath city centre at sunset.
