An interactive Sales Presentation to drive interest in the new apartments at The Switch, Wimbledon. A residential Development surrounding the new stadium and home of Wimbledon Football Club.

SOLUTION

Working with SilkRoad, Lucid created an interactive presentation for sales agents within the on-site marketing suite. Presenters could look an an Interactive map, highlight external areas of interest using a 3D Development Model, search for available apartments by looking through vertically stacked 2D floorpates, take a 360 degree CGI show apartment tour with specification details tagged in-situ, and look through a full interactive gallery.
