SOLUTION

Whitehill & Bordon is being transformed into a prosperous and sustainable green town by 2036. This is a complex, £1bn, multi-partner, 15-year collaborative and transformational place-making programme which seeks to deliver some 3,350 new homes; 5,500 jobs and create nearly 100,000sqm of new commercial, retail, and leisure floor space. It will also create a new town centre with a high-quality retail offer coupled with new schools, leisure centre, health facilities & public service hub.

Lucid combined a number of complimentary interactive solutions into a professional, presentation App that would be used to attract investment, manage stakeholders and consult with the public. These solutions included an interactive area map that highlighted the numerous surrounding benefits and a highly detailed digital 3D development model that users could spin around, zoom into and split into separate buildings and use classes.

This allowed users to fully interrogate the site and appreciate its impressive design and accessibility. Users could also select hotspots connected to relevant CGIs.
