Online Planning Consultation

Organizing physical events can be particularly challenging and expensive. Lucid recently worked with Elysian to create an alternative 3D web based public consultation.

A 360 degree exhibition space was designed and the public were encouraged to visit online. The key elements of the project like maps, plans, images and video were presented and visitors could leave instant feedback.

A live chat function was also available at agreed times. The key project team could respond directly to live questions and comments.

All responses were easily captured for reporting. Compared with a physical exhibition this is particularly easy to create and update.
